Dealership did a good job on recall for airbag issue. BUT it took GMC around 18 months to get parts and get it fixed!! Went in yesterday for repair and it's no longer dangerous!! A delay like this could cause people to get injured. GMC should be more responsible!

FAST, FRIENDLY, NO PRESSURE The decision was left up to my wife and I. Mr. Alvarez was awesome at getting back with me and giving us the best price he could. We knew the vehicle and features we wanted in a new purchase, shopped around central Texas, and had been working with a dealership in Killeen. However, they had been misleading in that the vehicle originally showed 9 miles on it, and then that Sunday before we went to drive there, it updated to having over 3,000 miles. So, we shopped again on Monday, and reached out via phone to talk to Lamin. He was clear and concise in his communication, and was straightforward both in the package pricing as well as offering a 50% discount once we explained that the package was not something we found compelling. We were able to clear everything up within a couple of hours, drove the 3 hours from Austin area, and able to purchase the vehicle on the same day. He did an exemplary job in making the purchase easy and efficient.

I was having trouble locating the vehicle I wanted. Bubba Alvarez found the truck and by doing a dealer trade had the vehicle in Rosenberg within a week. Easy sales process and Brittany in finance was easy to work with as well.

The time to repair was far too long for a part that has a known high failure rate. Getting a response or any kind of update from the dealership service advisor was a failure. I had to drive to the dealership to get information on the status of the repair. Complete lack of care from Finnegan.

I am from out of town, 5 hours away to be exact, personel treated me well when speaking to them on phone helped me out just fine. The only down fault is that this dealership does not offer electronic signing, so we had to drive all the way there to sign and pick up vehicle, i have bought plenty of vehicles over my years and i have always gotten at least a key chain as a curtesy gift, but to my luck had none available as per dealership, knowing that half the parts where not installed on vehicle when i had signed all paperwork and headed to drive off what was quoted online was not all installed so i had to wait for installation knowing i had to drive back home. Personal did help me and ended up installing parts but had no compensation for the extra wait and that i had to point out that it was missing parts. Service was good just the waiting for installation was the downfall. Hope to purchase more vehicles in near future and hope to see small gifts as appreciation in purchesing over 80 thousand dollar vehicle
