I would like to preface this with previously my service experience here had always been excellent. I've been here multiple times. This experience, however, something was amiss. My scheduled 9:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation took six hours for completion. I missed a call from my advisor at 11:16 which I returned but was not able to connect with him. I called back again before noon and he told me they had looked everywhere but my wheel lock key was not in my car to do the tire rotation. I let him know that it was in a plastic bag in the tray of my console. I decided around 3:00 pm to have my husband drive me back to the dealership as I needed to pick up my vehicle even if the tire rotation had not been completed. Alas, they brought it up shortly after my arrival. Again, each and every time I left my car it was always ready in a timely manner--no more than 3 hours--and it was always washed and vacuumed when I picked it up. I'm not sure what went wrong this day. I've always had my tires rotated at the same time as my oil change and I've never had an issue with them not finding the key in the console tray every other time I've been there. I actually leave it there because that is where they had returned it after my first tire rotation.

everything went good, my sales guy eddie were top notch, and the pesrons that pull my credit very professional, until i got to finance, i don't know if the finance guy gets paid to sale warranties or what but i noticed that for the moment i told the finance i was declining the extended warranties his attitude changed towards me, to the point that he didn't even explain anything about my contract on a 2025 yukon, agave 4 stars to my review because i took the finance guy his star away.

Everything went well. However the person assigned to my vehicle went to lunch and didn't tell me and they dropped off my vehicle ready to go and she wasn't there. I had to have another person get my paperqork so I could go. Perhaps just make sure if your leaving customers let them know.
