Working with Landon Gilstrap to purchase my truck was enjoyable and a very easy process. He was straight forward with the pricing and was able to get a good offer on my trade in. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a vehicle to give this dealership a try.

Mo was a fantrasic salesman. He was honest and worked hard to get my business. Signing took only 15 min. The entire process was less than an hour!

Overall I liked the salesman Robert and the finance guy. I am a little disappointed that several items that are part of the standard equipment package for the Trail Boss were not available Saturday or already installed on the truck (floor mats, blacked out branding, running boards, couple other items). This means I have to schedule a time to drive back to Rosenberg, drop off the truck and have these items installed. As I got home and thought about it, it made me feel it was all about the sell, and not about customer service. The truck should have been equipped as advertised. Also, there was $2,900 added to the sale price for items that should be part of the deal. It is misleading and basically a way for the dealer to recover a portion of the $10,000 discount advertised for the vehicle.

Dealership did a good job on recall for airbag issue. BUT it took GMC around 18 months to get parts and get it fixed!! Went in yesterday for repair and it's no longer dangerous!! A delay like this could cause people to get injured. GMC should be more responsible!

I would and am recommending my family to him. We are very thankful and it was a great experience. The best part was the wait was not long at all.

We knew the vehicle and features we wanted in a new purchase, shopped around central Texas, and had been working with a dealership in Killeen. However, they had been misleading in that the vehicle originally showed 9 miles on it, and then that Sunday before we went to drive there, it updated to having over 3,000 miles. So, we shopped again on Monday, and reached out via phone to talk to Lamin. He was clear and concise in his communication, and was straightforward both in the package pricing as well as offering a 50% discount once we explained that the package was not something we found compelling. We were able to clear everything up within a couple of hours, drove the 3 hours from Austin area, and able to purchase the vehicle on the same day. He did an exemplary job in making the purchase easy and efficient.

I was having trouble locating the vehicle I wanted. Bubba Alvarez found the truck and by doing a dealer trade had the vehicle in Rosenberg within a week. Easy sales process and Brittany in finance was easy to work with as well.

Timothy was a great service tech and kept me updated regarding my service. Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend this service dept.
