Overall I liked the salesman Robert and the finance guy. I am a little disappointed that several items that are part of the standard equipment package for the Trail Boss were not available Saturday or already installed on the truck (floor mats, blacked out branding, running boards, couple other items). This means I have to schedule a time to drive back to Rosenberg, drop off the truck and have these items installed. As I got home and thought about it, it made me feel it was all about the sell, and not about customer service. The truck should have been equipped as advertised. Also, there was $2,900 added to the sale price for items that should be part of the deal. It is misleading and basically a way for the dealer to recover a portion of the $10,000 discount advertised for the vehicle.
