The time to repair was far too long for a part that has a known high failure rate. Getting a response or any kind of update from the dealership service advisor was a failure. I had to drive to the dealership to get information on the status of the repair. Complete lack of care from Finnegan.

I am from out of town, 5 hours away to be exact, personel treated me well when speaking to them on phone helped me out just fine. The only down fault is that this dealership does not offer electronic signing, so we had to drive all the way there to sign and pick up vehicle, i have bought plenty of vehicles over my years and i have always gotten at least a key chain as a curtesy gift, but to my luck had none available as per dealership, knowing that half the parts where not installed on vehicle when i had signed all paperwork and headed to drive off what was quoted online was not all installed so i had to wait for installation knowing i had to drive back home. Personal did help me and ended up installing parts but had no compensation for the extra wait and that i had to point out that it was missing parts. Service was good just the waiting for installation was the downfall. Hope to purchase more vehicles in near future and hope to see small gifts as appreciation in purchesing over 80 thousand dollar vehicle

Not a great experience. When I dropped my vehicle off the guy I left it with said it was going to take a week at least. I asked him about a loaner he said it depends on my warranty and then told me I needed to figure out who my warranty was through. I asked the mak haik (where I bought it from )and they said the service department can look it up. I told them the service department told me I had to. Mak haik found the info for me. I asked to get my tires rotated. The service department called and said they needed the wheel lock. I told them it was in the flap behind the driver seat . They called me back and said it wasn’t. I didn’t get the tires rotated and when I got home I found the wheel lock right where I told them it was. The lock was still in the original package that I got it in when I bought it and still had the packing slip that said mak haik on it. They told me they looked so not sure how it was missed but I could definitely tell my truck had been looked through. My truck was there for 4 days and all that was done was an oil change and transmission flush. Seems like way too long and now I still have to get the tires rotated. I will say Kevin was nice and helpful ( he is not who I dropped the truck off with )
