I went in for oil, filter change and topped off fluids. Clayton had me in and out, it did not take long at all. I also bought a cabin air filter, Clayton was busy with a customer and Jordan stepped up and installed for me right there on the drive. Thank you Finnegan service dept. for being so efficient. I'll definitely be back.

Whom ever puts air in tires needs to know that they all need to be the same. Every tire had a different amount, and the one that had a leak repaired had 7 lbs more that any of the other three highest ones. Not two tires were the same, the vehicle had a tire repair and rotation, along with an oil change. Everything else was great, and the dealership is very friendly. This is obviously just a training issue for one person. Again, everything else was great.

Everything went well and it was a smooth process. Mario Compean is an excellent salesman. This is the second vehicle I've bought through Mario. I'm super excited to be part of the Chevy family again. I'm definitely enjoying my new vehicle. Thank you, Mario! The OnStar process was a little painful due to my phone issues. However, Landon Gilstrap was extremely patient and got us through the process. We returned to the dealership the following day to pick up the personal belongings I left in the trade-in. Landon assisted with On Star on questions regarding touch screens, it was a success. Thank you, Landon!

From a customer standpoint, there were several occasions where I did not have much visibility of the timing to complete my car repair. Car was checked in on August 19, and finally delivered on November 29, 102 days in total. The beginning of the repair took longer as I can understand an estimated needed to be produced, then approved by insurance. After the repair was approved, material was ordered, and truck went to collision center. There, repair estimated needed to be redone, and approved again with insurance, which ended up taking longer than expected. The parts ordered, when not delivered, would not have new estimated delivery dates. Some times I needed to speak with more than one person to get updates on the repair status. After repair completion, there was confusion on the amount owed to the dealership, and because of that I was handed over the car two days later than when it was ready. On the positive side, despite not having accurate updates, the communication with dealership representative was always flowing. The quality of the repair is pretty good, truck was handed back in prestige condition.
