It took 7days for them to find out just whats wrong with my car and all it needed was a mew battery and alternator. I had Clayton as my service representative. He never answered the phone when I was trying to get an update on my car. I would have to call him 5 times a day just to get one text from him. I had to come get my car and take it somehwere else because it was taking sooo long just to get a diagnosis.
