We stopped by to inquire a new 2024 Trailblazer on 8/10/24, the sales rep took us for a test drive thinking the car has enough gas, but the car ran out of gas during the short drive (approximately 2-3 miles), it would be in a dangerous situation if the car stopped/slow down in the middle of the freeway. Let alone that incident, the rep also confirmed with us that the car is AWD but its actually FWD. We trusted his word and didnt check again during the purchasing process. We offered the payment based on the assumption of a AWD (which is $2000 more to FWD). Called the dealer later in the afternoon the same day, mentioned that we found out the car is actually FWD instead of AWD. Sales manager called while I was driving, so I told him I will call him back tomorrow (Sunday), he then said ok but again, later I found out the dealership actually close on every Sunday, he should had disclosed that. We felt like we were being tricked. As of now, no resolution of any kind is offered.
