once we got connected via text and phone the experience was good. We were greeted and asked who we were working with and they let him know we were there to see him. He greeted us and knew what vehicle we wanted to see. They didn't have any on the lot but I had another vehicle they did have. My husband and I test drove it with complete trust as the salesman was helping another customer. We came back and we were told a different color and interior was available. We went in to start the process of purchasing the vehicle. It was very easy and very little haggling with the manager with our trade in. The dealership let us take the vehicle home for the rest of the weekend and on Tuesday we came in with the correct paperwork we needed to finish the purchase of the vehicle. It took a long time on Tuesday with little to no reason for the delay in finishing the purchase of the vehicle. They had to bring in a finance person to help us from a dealership across the street. After he came in we signed the papers and the vehicle was washed and filled with gas and ready to go. We did notice when we got home that there a dent on the hood of the vehicle that was not noticeable in the sun at the dealership. It was too hot to really noticed. Overall a great experience all with the exception to the long delay in the finance department and the dent that was not disclosed at the time of test drive or purchase. I will keep them in mind and share with everyone who asks for a place to purchase their new vehicle. Thanks Bubba for our new Beauty!
