Perseverance. Our salesman, Bubba Alvarez, committed to not losing us as a customer. Unfortunately, the options we were looking for were not on any of the models currently in stock at the dealership. Bubba kept us informed on his findings daily. The first unit he got in had all but one important feature our trade had, and he didn���t try a hard sell. We did make one concession that in the end we couldn���t be happier with. Our last 5 vehicles were Tahoes. But our purchase was a Yukon that had all the boxes checked. The drive out price was in our set budget and financing was significantly easier than other experiences. Buying experience gets a solid 5 star rating. We of course are looking forward to the same level of customer care when dealing with Finnegan���s service department.
