Not a great experience. When I dropped my vehicle off the guy I left it with said it was going to take a week at least. I asked him about a loaner he said it depends on my warranty and then told me I needed to figure out who my warranty was through. I asked the mak haik (where I bought it from )and they said the service department can look it up. I told them the service department told me I had to. Mak haik found the info for me. I asked to get my tires rotated. The service department called and said they needed the wheel lock. I told them it was in the flap behind the driver seat . They called me back and said it wasn’t. I didn’t get the tires rotated and when I got home I found the wheel lock right where I told them it was. The lock was still in the original package that I got it in when I bought it and still had the packing slip that said mak haik on it. They told me they looked so not sure how it was missed but I could definitely tell my truck had been looked through. My truck was there for 4 days and all that was done was an oil change and transmission flush. Seems like way too long and now I still have to get the tires rotated. I will say Kevin was nice and helpful ( he is not who I dropped the truck off with )

Bubba was the best… He was extremely patient and worked his heart out to get me the numbers I wanted. I would definitely return to Finnegan’s to purchase another vehicle. Emanuel was excellent as well. I just love Finnegan’s all together.

Started saying oil change was 64.99 then I got charged 74.99, they also offered to wash the car and they did not, they just made it worst on the windows🤨

They said it would take about 2 hours. It was well over three. I waited longer for the cleaning, it was very poorly done. The resets had not been entered had to do it myself. Everyone was very friendly though.

called to make an appointment for an oil and filter change and got in right away. when I brought in my car, they gave me an uber ride home to wait till the service was complete. when I came back to get my car it was washed and vacuumed. The payment process was quick and easy and the price for the service was great.

It took 7days for them to find out just whats wrong with my car and all it needed was a mew battery and alternator. I had Clayton as my service representative. He never answered the phone when I was trying to get an update on my car. I would have to call him 5 times a day just to get one text from him. I had to come get my car and take it somehwere else because it was taking sooo long just to get a diagnosis.
